THE SYSTEMWhat it does
The TSMAC waste paper disposal system takes the scrap coming off your production line, separates the paper from dust-laden air, bales the paper for recycling, filters the air, and compacts the collected dust into solid blocks. The result: recovered raw material, clean air that meets emission standards (below 50mg/Sm³), and a shop floor without drifting paper dust.
- Meets air quality regulations — dust emissions kept below 50mg/Sm³
- Cleaner working environment — captures airborne dust at the source, indoors and out
- Compact footprint — about a quarter the size of conventional cyclone equipment, with low overall height
- Easier housekeeping — floor scrap is vacuumed through a cleaning port straight back into the baler
- Automatic dust handling — a briquetting press under the bag filter compacts and discharges collected dust
